Rental rates vary depending on your requirements. You could rent our 14 person boardroom for as low as $30 for two hours. The library, which can accommodate up to 60 people for a lecture or meeting, or up to 49 people for a meal, has a basic rent of $100. The basic rent for the large banquet hall for a four hour dinner or reception is $1,350. This room can seat up to 120 for a meal, or hold a standing reception for up to 200.
There are extra charges for things like the use of the audio-visual equipment, the grand piano, and any special custodial services. We will be pleased to quote you a firm amount at the time we meet to discuss your rental needs.
Food and Beverage Catering
A licensed caterer must be employed by the renter whenever meals are served. The Club provides tables and chairs. The caterer may utilize our kitchen for set up, but may not use the dishwasher or any supplies.
Choice of Vendors
You may choose any licensed vendors that you wish, including caterers, photographers, florists, etc.
The University Club maintains a full schedule of events for our members and renters. Please contact us as far in advance of your date as possible. We offer our facility to qualified renters on a first come, first serve basis.
